Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, container, and intact.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, green groceries, flowers, etc.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any of our suppliers listed on the packaging or container information.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Flower stands or other non-perishable items with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned beyond 10 days after receiving.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, based on the condition or state of the item/s.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and transferred back to your bank account or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of days, not exceeding10 business days.

For COD(cash on delivery) orders are processed differently and refunds can be picked up at any of our local storefronts once approved and notified.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first wait some time then check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted or contact your bank directly to verify.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange

Though we may accept and look into your concern, We do not exchange perishable items such as flowers, food, green groceries, etc.

Though we make every effort to ensure all products we send out are the best in quality, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged by our fault.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us firstly based on evaluation, assessment, and approval of the exchange you will be instructed to ship or take the item to our address or storefront location.

Shipping & Delivery

To return your product, you should mail the product to our address or drop it off at our storefront.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the shipping cost of the order for sending the item to you, by any chance was provided by us, the cost of shipping and return shipping if applicable will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Though we try to ensure all our processes run smoothly, we do not control the couriers’ actions hence we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
